​ChiFlow Self-Healing Program was created by Raymond after practicing multiple disciplines, including various forms and schools of Yoga, Qigong, martial arts, energy healing and meditation. The Program is ever evolving, reflecting over 30 years of learning and experience. It embodies a comprehensive (top-to-toe) and wholistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to health, healing and well-being.

Raymond started martial arts practice in his early teens, later progressing into meditation, taiji and qigong in the quest to achieve “mastery” over mind and body. He has accumulated over 40 years of learning from various teachers and masters of various schools or traditions. In the last 20 or so years, with deep insights and inspiration, he began to synthesize his approach and understanding into what he calls, the Chiflow Self-Healing Program.
Allie is a Spiritual Hypnotist dedicated to helping others unlock their soul’s wisdom and embrace their true path. Through Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives, Wellness Hypnotherapy, and more, I guide clients in healing emotional wounds, breaking free from limiting beliefs, and discovering deeper clarity about their life’s journey.
She's currently expanding my practice by training as a Spiritual Awakening Coach and Cacao Facilitator, deepening her ability to support those navigating personal and spiritual transformation. Soon, she'll be offering coaching and heart-opening cacao ceremonies to help others connect more deeply with themselves and their spiritual path.
